This is Karen; how may I help you?” Karen Patton has been the initial contact with Parkway customers for more than 30 years, as many of our long time customers know. Karen takes a personal interest in our customers’ concerns and over the years, she has developed a genuine rapport with them. When Karen asks “How may I help you?” she truly means it! She will direct your call or will personally take charge to assist you with your pest control problems or inquiries. Whether taking information for a termite inspection, solving routing problems or handling your pest control problem or question, Karen is right on the “mark”. Parkway and our customers thank Karen for her service and recognize her as the “First Lady of Parkway”.
